                                                                     CEVICHE!

Ceviche is the most famous Peruvian food. The basic ingredients of any classic Peruvian ceviche are pieces of fish, onion and lemon juice. It´s a our principal dish and we can find it in many diferrent presentations. 

1. Fish ceviche: It is the most common type of ceviche, prepared from cuts of square-shaped pieces of fish that are later mixed with lemon and salt. Corvina fillet is mostly used.



2. Mixed ceviche: It is one that contains the same ingredients as the common ceviche, to which various seafood or fish have been added.


3. Black shell cebiche:
It is a typical dish from the coasts of Tumbes, made from black shells and browned in the classic way with Chulucanas lemon, seasoned with red onion, garlic, chili and finally Peruvian hot pepper.


4. Shrimp ceviche: It is a typical dish of the Arequipa region made with river shrimp.




My eating habits:

For breakfast:

I usually have some fried eggs and bananas. Sometimes I drink milk,juice or tea. Something light.

For Lunch:

Well, it depends what my sister cooks. Sometimes we have noodles, fillet, chicken with vegetables, etc.

For dinner: (My favourite dish of day)

One day is grilled chicken, then hamburguers, pizza, chaufa, juane, or any other dish that people are selling in the street.

My favorite restaurant

 



Chabelita´s corner is a familiar bussines. Adriana and Alexandra are the chefs in that beautiful place. And they are sisters.  
It´s in Sanchez Cerro street 348 near to "Sagrada Familia School". 
In the restaurant there are only six tables. It opens at 11 am from tuesday to sunday and you can have dinner and some desserts. You can take some photos with your family in a special familiar area.

In the menu you can have rolled chicken, salted loin, arabic rice and marinade and the soups are so delicious too. My favourite main course is the rolled chicken because it mix cheese with ham. It´s so tasty. (I love cheese and ham).

 You can have some desserts like biscuit cake, nougat, chocolate cake and 3 milks cake. For me, the most delicious dessert is the biscuit cake. But everything is cool in that place.

what I like!



I enjoy sharing my time with the people I love and that includes my family. God has sent me amazing friends. He shows his love through them.









My routine

My daily routine.



I have many things to do during my day. But one of my favourites activities is to play with my niece. I really love this little baby. 


In the morning I clean my house. Then I do my work activities so At 4pm I´m free and I can be with my niece Flavia.

My neighborhood


I live in Iquitos. The heart of the Amazon. Iquitos has a lot of places to know for the river. 
In the center of the city we can find the Armas square. In front of there we have the main church of the city.  

My neighborhood is far from the center. I live in Belén district. I live in Sanchez Cerro street (Cardozo). It´s near to Guayabamba jail.  




My Family

This is my family.

In this picture I am with my dad and my sister. My father´s name is Miguel Arturo. He is 66 years old. He taught me since I was a child how to be a responsable girl. He works in his mototaxi. Dad is a good man.
Then is my sister. Her name is Alexandra. She is 20 years old. She is a biology student at the UNAP. She is a funny girl. She is always making jokes at home. We are a noisy family. 






My dad has 4 daughters. The oldest is Valeria. She is 35 years old. She is living in Africa since 2017 because She is missionary. Her life is dedicated to serve people since I remember. I love her and I love the way she loves people. 






Adriana is the second daughter. She is a police officer. She lives with me as my dad and Alexandra. Adriana is 30 years old. She is the kindest person I know. She was always a mom to us. She was always protecting us. I´m so grateful with her. 






My mom doesn´t live with us. She lives with my grandmother in Pucallpa. So we visit her once a year. She is 56 years old. She is so creative. He does beautiful crafts with her hands.
