                                                                     CEVICHE!

Ceviche is the most famous Peruvian food. The basic ingredients of any classic Peruvian ceviche are pieces of fish, onion and lemon juice. It´s a our principal dish and we can find it in many diferrent presentations. 

1. Fish ceviche: It is the most common type of ceviche, prepared from cuts of square-shaped pieces of fish that are later mixed with lemon and salt. Corvina fillet is mostly used.



2. Mixed ceviche: It is one that contains the same ingredients as the common ceviche, to which various seafood or fish have been added.


3. Black shell cebiche:
It is a typical dish from the coasts of Tumbes, made from black shells and browned in the classic way with Chulucanas lemon, seasoned with red onion, garlic, chili and finally Peruvian hot pepper.


4. Shrimp ceviche: It is a typical dish of the Arequipa region made with river shrimp.




My eating habits:

For breakfast:

I usually have some fried eggs and bananas. Sometimes I drink milk,juice or tea. Something light.

For Lunch:

Well, it depends what my sister cooks. Sometimes we have noodles, fillet, chicken with vegetables, etc.

For dinner: (My favourite dish of day)

One day is grilled chicken, then hamburguers, pizza, chaufa, juane, or any other dish that people are selling in the street.
